Transactions processed online at SignatureHealthcare.org may be eligible for a refund if there was a mistake in processing or form of payment.

For online patient payments, please contact the billing office at 704-554-8787 x 104. If it is determined a refund is due, please allow 2-3 days for processing.
Avoid overdue bills by paying your bill online. Use your credit card to pay your membership balance or your healthcare balance and keep your account current. This only allows you to pay your bill and you will not be able to view outstanding balances, invoices or payment history.
What Bills Can I Pay Online?
You may pay your membership bill or healthcare bill online using MasterCard, Discover, Visa or Amex. Payments are processed within two business days, and there is no fee for making an online payment.
Is This Form Secure for Submitting my Credit Card Information?
Yes. The transaction portion of this website is protected with the latest encryption software.
Can I View My Account Balance Online?
Online access to account information is not currently available. If you have any billing questions, please call the billing office at 704-554-8787 x 104.
What If I Don’t Want to Pay My Bill Online?
You can pay your bill by mail, using a personal check or MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex. We can also accept your credit card information by phone. Please refer to your statement for payment instructions.
