When we say medical care should be comfortable, we mean it. Studies have proven that a relaxing and comfortable environment strengthens a patient’s ability to heal. This is why our patients enjoy spacious, climate-controlled exam rooms with beautiful hardwood floors and local, original art. They move about our offices in warm, comfortable linen bathrobes or robes with a background of soft, soothing music, just as they might at home.
A state-of-the-art medical facility often eliminates the need to see additional specialists and frequently avoids visits to an emergency room. Our patients often receive complete care in just one visit to our office. Signature Healthcare maintains its own laboratory and x-ray equipment. Our team can administer I.V. fluids and medications, and our doctors are adept at emergency procedures such as fracture care, laceration repair and biopsies. Their extensive experience in emergency medical care can often eliminate the nightmare of an emergency room visit.
For those times when the best specialists are needed, our relationships allow expedited care when necessary.
Signature Healthcare members are treated to a personal preventive care plan that keeps them ready for all of life’s demands. We provide an annual health assessment to set your annual health goals and to evaluate your progress in achieving those goals. Your annual health assessment will include a summary of your comprehensive annual "executive" physical examination (which includes x-rays, blood tests, EDG, and cardiovascular screening), history, related counseling and following services as necessary.
Signature Healthcare travels with you, across the state or across the globe. We will advise you when you’re on the road, ensure you are properly immunized, prepare your personal medical travel kit, direct you to the closest medical care facility, and call in your prescriptions.
Signature patients who require hospitalization are admitted to the care of hospitalists or other specialists. A physician of the practice will, to the extent reasonably feasible, be involved in facilitating hospital care you receive, locally, nationally, and internationally.
